Shipping costs on returns and exchanges are non-refundable for issues unrelated to warranty defects (see warranty conditions below). Additionally, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

We want our customers to have a fair chance to get to know their new Top Shelf, however, if they find the bag isn't what they were looking for, we will accept a return provided the bag is in a condition free from permanent signs of use or damage (e.g., scuffing/tears/stains/water damage/broken parts, etc.). Temporary signs of use that are easy to remove/remedy, such as small amounts of dirt/dust/lint, or dividers out of place, are acceptable, and the return/refund will be honored.

A lifetime warranty covers your BEVISGEAR Top Shelf. This means that as long as you own your Top Shelf camera bag, we will ensure it is free from manufacturing defects and is functioning as intended. We are committed to making the absolute best gear available and are here to back it up.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, normal wear-and-tear, negligence, or malicious intent. 

If you experience a manufacturing or material defect inherent to the bag, that affects the functionality or quality of the product, we will either repair or replace your Top Shelf and restore it to a state equal to or better than your current bag. Some malfunctions will be remedied with the use of a repair kit/instructions, especially in the case of the issue being a simple adjustment. If there is a persistent malfunction or an irreparable defect, we will replace your current bag with another. Because we are committed to keeping bags out of a landfill, you may receive a pre-owned replacement inspected and cleared to be fully functional. All valid warranty claims will be at no expense to you in either materials or shipping. 

Please note, products purchased from unauthorized resellers or private sales, are not covered by this lifetime warranty. 

Proof of purchase is necessary. Additionally, we may require, upon request, photo/video documentation of the problem before carrying out the warranty repair/exchange.
