Warranty & Returns


Lifetime Warranty

Your Bevisgear Top Shelf is covered by a lifetime warranty, meaning that as long as you own your bag, we guarantee it will function as intended. If your bag has an inherent manufacturing or material defect that affects its functionality or quality, we will either repair or replace your Top Shelf.   

For issues that cannot be easily repaired, or if the malfunction persists, we will provide a replacement bag. As we are committed to reducing waste and keeping bags out of landfills, you may receive a pre-owned replacement, fully inspected and certified as functional.  

All valid warranty claims will be at no expense to you in either materials or shipping.

 

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, normal wear-and-tear, negligence, or malicious intent. 
  • Top Shelf's purchased from unauthorized resellers or private sales are not covered by this warranty. 
  • We may require photo/video documentation of the issue and proof of purchase when it is not visible in our system.
  • Warranty claims will be resolved by repair, replacement, or exchange but not by return.

Returns

Purchases made from our official website (bevisgear.com) may be returned or exchanged for a full refund up to 90 days from the delivery date. Outbound shipping costs on returns and exchanges are non-refundable for issues unrelated to warranty defects (see warranty conditions above). Additionally, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

We want our customers to have a fair chance to get to know their new Top Shelf, however, if they find the bag isn't what they were looking for, we will accept a return provided the bag is in a condition free from permanent signs of use or damage (e.g., scuffing/tears/stains/water damage/broken parts, etc.). Temporary signs of use that are easy to remove/remedy, such as small amounts of dirt/dust/lint, or dividers out of place, are acceptable, and the return/refund will be honored.
