Purchases made from our official website (bevisgear.com) may be returned or exchanged for a full refund up to 90 days from the delivery date. Shipping costs on returns and exchanges are non-refundable for issues unrelated to warranty defects (see warranty conditions below). Additionally, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We want our customers to have a fair chance to get to know their new Top Shelf, however, if they find the bag isn't what they were looking for, we will accept a return provided the bag is in a condition free from permanent signs of use or damage (e.g., scuffing/tears/stains/water damage/broken parts, etc.). Temporary signs of use that are easy to remove/remedy, such as small amounts of dirt/dust/lint, or dividers out of place, are acceptable, and the return/refund will be honored.
