What's the material?+

The bag is made of 500D Kodra Carbonate Coating PUX2, which is a high-quality water-resistant fabric. The bag also comes with a rain jacket for extra protection.

*Most cameras with battery grips will not fit, however, it is possible to fit a such a camera if laid flat without the lens attached

Are the zippers waterproof?+

Typically, the rubber seals on waterproof zippers wear out quickly and will no longer function properly. Additionally, that type of zipper is more difficult to open due to higher friction, therefore, we decided to go with buttery smooth YKK non-waterproof zippers and included a rain jacket for wet weather.

What size laptop does it hold?+

The Top Shelf has a dedicated pouch that will accommodate most laptops up to 15” in length.

Does it hold a tripod?+

Yes. There are two hidden tripod straps and a pouch for the feet of the tripod. See the main page for further details.

What’s in the box?+

Top Shelf includes 11 dividers and a rain jacket.

Shipping, taxes, duties, policy, etc.+

In some cases, shipping is not included. Furthermore, import duties, sales tax, or VAT may apply depending on your country of residence. We recommend that potential customers check their country's import fees and tax policies, as well as the corresponding brokerage fees of FedEx/UPS since we are not liable for these charges.

For customers in the United States: Import duties are included in the shipping price. No additional duty charges will apply upon delivery.

For International customers: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may still apply depending on your country of residence. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

We do not offer shipping to India, Russia, Mexico, or South America, at the moment. If you do not see your country listed on the shipping information page, please send us a message.

In cases where a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, or inadequate communication with the courier to arrange a delivery time, a re-shipping fee will be charged. In addition, packages marked delivered but reported missing may be subject to a re-shipping fee. In light of this, we highly recommend customers reach out to us to make special delivery arrangements before ordering in certain circumstances (e.g., will be away, previous incidents of theft, packages typically dropped off in plain sight). No buyers remorse
The ease of use with this bag is why I got it. It holds all my lenses (6) , my flash, my zf , and lens hoods
You may need a clear bag to build your cards, card readers, and wires so you don't have to dig into the front pockets looking for them. The ability to sling the bag around, open, change lenses, close (and stays closed) without lenses moving around in the bag, and throw back is paramount. That's why you get this bag. You didn't need to think about it because it just makes sense.

Great bag!
The button system is excellent and as durable as advertised. I rate it four stars because the bag isn't as comfortable as other sling bags or backpacks I've used. Since I wasn't planning to use it as a sling or shelf bag, this isn't a big deal for me. One possible improvement would be to make it deeper so you can fit a DJI drone controller that fits standing upright. I found a configuration that works, but it's tight!

Love it.
Absolutely love this bag, holds all my lenses, including my 150 to 300mm lens. So easy to sling the bag around for fast lens changes. Finally nice to be able to bring everything with me when I travel.

The functionality of this bag is great, especially the easy-access opening and the ability to wear it comfortably across the shoulder. That design is really what sold me, and for quick grab-and-go use, it works well.

However, the overall size of the bag is very small. The pockets are extremely tight and really only fit slim items. I use a battery grip on my camera, and it did not fit in the bag at all, which was disappointing since I prefer having two batteries attached while shooting. Because of this, fitting my camera setup became difficult.

The bag also doesn’t allow room for thicker accessories. I’m unable to carry a water bottle or extra gear, which will likely be an issue in the future. While everything fits if packed very carefully, it’s a very tight squeeze and doesn’t leave much flexibility.

Overall, the bag has great functionality and design, but the size significantly limits what you can carry. If you travel light with minimal gear, it may work well, but it’s not ideal for photographers who need extra space or accessories.
