In cases where a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, or inadequate communication with the courier to arrange a delivery time, a re-shipping fee will be charged. In addition, packages marked delivered but reported missing may be subject to a re-shipping fee. In light of this, we highly recommend customers reach out to us to make special delivery arrangements before ordering in certain circumstances (e.g., will be away, previous incidents of theft, packages typically dropped off in plain sight). In any event, we would highly recommend that customers keep a close eye on their order once they have received a tracking number.
Very well made. Loved how sturdy everything is. However, I did struggle to fit my Canon 10-500 mm lens with the tripod mount on it, but I did manage to get it in there. The front pockets would be more useful for the extra small gear i.e. filters, etc. if they weren’t so flat, or if there was a separate compartment designed for it.
I have had my Top Shelf bag now for 2 years maybe a little longer and man i wouldnt trade it for any other bag. I have had lots of people check it out while I have it open on my hip changing lenses orbatteries. Would recommend, and I do, to anyone looking for a great bag. I have my Canon R6 MKii with a Sigma 150-600mm out all the time ready to shoot. In the bag I have my back up Canon 6D MKii, 1.4x extender, SL3, G7x MKii, GoPro Hero 12, Lightning Trigger, Wireless remote, and multipal batteries and chargers for all the listed equipment. It is a very sturdy bag and I won't use anything else. I am probably going to by the new backpack they are talking about. 100% satisfied.
Love the bag just hate the slide on clip,on one if the straps that keeps disconnecting i regular clip would have worked better i believe and the tight pockets are pretty annoying. Otherwise the bag is amazing and so helpful when taking pictures
Two Stars could have been Three or Four.
In hindsight I would not have purchased this camera bag if it had a disclaimer saying .. "not adaptable for the left handed in sling mode". I have now placed this new camera bag on the secondary market ..albeit at a very discounted rate.
Otherwise ...I like the bag has a sling (designed for the right handed) and a backpack option . I think the camera dividers are prehistoric and prefer a sleek Peak design diver instead.
Pros:
+ the quick access door design
+ the top shelf concept
+ good build quality
Cons:
- bit too small, can't fit a telephoto lens with a lens hood
- outer pockets need to expand, once you put a tablet in the pockets are too tight. Even a battery is a tight fit at that point
- nowhere to put a water bottle
Thoughts:
No issues with how the product was represented. I knew I would be pushing it's capacity and I liked the top shelf design enough to try it anyway.
I've got a 180-600mm Telephoto Lens and it is too tight for comfort even without the hood.
The front pockets for laptop/accessories are made of strong material but are very thin/shallow and can't really be stretched; anything of thickness (things like camera batteries/laptop charger/SD Card Carry Case/Cleaner Fluid) will have to go in the main camera area.
If you have smaller lens this feels like it would be a great bag.
