Shipping policy

In some cases, shipping charges are not included. Import duties, sales tax, or VAT may also apply depending on your country of residence. Customers are responsible for checking their local import fees, tax policies, and the brokerage fees charged by FedEx/UPS, as we are not liable for these costs.

For customers in the United States and Canada, import duties are already included in the shipping price, and no additional duty charges will apply upon delivery.

For international customers, import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may still apply depending on your country of residence. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

At this time, we do not ship to India, Russia, Mexico, or South America. If your country is not listed on our shipping information page, please contact us directly.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed delivery arrangements, a re-shipping fee will be charged. Packages that are marked as delivered but later reported missing may also be subject to this fee.

To help prevent delivery issues, we recommend contacting us before placing an order if special arrangements are needed (for example, if you will be away, have experienced package theft in the past, or if deliveries are typically left in unsecured locations). Once a tracking number is issued, we strongly advise monitoring your shipment closely.
