You may need a clear bag to build your cards, card readers, and wires so you don't have to dig into the front pockets looking for them. The ability to sling the bag around, open, change lenses, close (and stays closed) without lenses moving around in the bag, and throw back is paramount. That's why you get this bag. You didn't need to think about it because it just makes sense.

Once in a while, a product appears on the market that is really worth your money; this is one of them. Can't say enough good things about it.

Covered over 30 world destinations with it, from extremely hot places like Abu Dhabi to the cold temperatures of the northern points of Norway. Reliable, sturdy, never warns out or breaks. One-button system that allows access to your gear is truly a saviour, especially for street and architecture travel photography where your camera has to be taken out and placed back quite often.

Perfect for carrying my Canon camera with 2 additional lenses and Ronin gimbal, all perfectly fit inside, and I still have room to add more things when I travel on planes, such as medication, external disks, additional batteries, and a laptop.

The design of this bag is a great idea. I like that I am able to only hang it on my left shoulder and just swing it around to get to my camera & lens when needed without having to take it off and finding a place to set it down. Unfortunately, due to an injury to my right shoulder I use a camera vest to carry my camera much of the time so I cannot always use the sling feature much of the time. As a backpack it works with the camera vest. However, the inner pockets are so tight it is hard to get any items in and out unless they are very flat. These may loosen up with use. I would not put my laptop in the laptop section because it is because it is so tight.

This camera bag is perfect for my needs. Having a shoulder mounted “desk” keeps the bag and equipment out of the dirt and acts as a third hand to hold lenses while making the change. Very nice bag and comfortable to use. I love the one button action of the lock. I have already recommended it to photographer friends. Great job Bevis!

Works precisely as described, very tough latch that won’t open by accident. However, you must take care not to pack any small items near the top corners when using without the zipper as there’s a gap when the lid is closed.
Otherwise exactly what I wanted!
